At Complete Choice, we believe in the power of choice.
We're a registered NDIS provider at 39 John St, Salisbury SA 5108, supporting people across Adelaide within 100km of the CBD. Fourteen registration groups — homes, the workers who staff them, the nurses who oversee complex care, and the coordinators who hold it all together — in one organisation, so the parts talk to each other.
What we do differently
We publish what most providers keep quiet.
Our registration groups, the three conditions on our registration, our conflict-of-interest position, and a list of what we’re not registered for — all checkable against the Commission’s own register.
We say no.
When someone needs a service we don’t hold, we say so on the first call. You’ll waste no time here.
We date our availability.
Every vacancy shows when it was last checked. If it says available, it was available that morning.
We keep the parts connected.
A nurse’s instruction reaches the worker who’s there at 7am — because they work for the same organisation, from the same plan.
Who we support
People with disability across Adelaide with NDIS funding — in one of our SIL homes, or in their own.
We also provide aged care support in partnership with Trilogy Care.
Where we work
Adelaide, within 100km of the CBD. North through Salisbury, Elizabeth, Playford and Gawler; east to Magill and Tea Tree Gully; south along the coast; up into the Hills. Outside that, we'll tell you rather than stretch.
