Conditions on our registration

Three conditions apply. They're on the public register, so we'd rather explain them than have you find them.

  • Single-worker risk assessment.

Where someone chooses to be supported by one worker alone rather than a team for daily personal activities, we complete a risk assessment before that support starts. It exists to keep people safe when there is no second person present.

  • Supplementary Module assessment

    — scheduled at our mid-term audit, within 18 months of registration.

  • Module 5A (Assistance with SIL)

    — assessed at the same audit.

None of these limits what we deliver. They set out how parts of our work are checked.

What we're not registered for

  • Specialist Disability Accommodation
  • Plan Management
  • Specialist Behaviour Support
  • Early Childhood supports
  • Assistive Technology
  • Home Modifications
  • Group and Centre Based Activities

If you need one of these, we'll tell you on the first call and point you somewhere useful.

Questions people ask

Is Complete Choice a registered NDIS provider?

Yes — approved to 9 December 2027, fourteen groups.

Are you a not-for-profit?

No. Complete Choice is an Australian private company operating for profit, like most registered NDIS providers. How do I make a complaint?

To us directly, or to the NDIS Commission on 1800 035 544 — no permission needed, no heads-up required.
