High Intensity Daily Personal Activities
High intensity and complex care in Adelaide
Complex needs shouldn't mean fewer choices.
High Intensity Daily Personal Activities is the NDIS registration group for supports that need specific clinical training and oversight — care a general support worker isn't trained to deliver.
Complete Choice is registered for high intensity supports and for Community Nursing Care. That combination matters: the workers delivering your daily support and the nurses overseeing the clinical side sit in the same organisation and work from the same plan.
What we deliver
Send us the clinical detail and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can staff it, and when.
How competency and oversight work
Training specific to the support and the person. Sign-off against the person’s own care plan, not in the abstract. Nursing oversight — a registered nurse writes the plan, trains and delegates to the support team, and reviews at set intervals. Escalation — clear thresholds for when a worker stops and calls, who they call, and what happens next. Written before support starts, not improvised.
Where it’s delivered
In your own home · in a Complete Choice SIL home, where nursing oversight is part of how the house runs · during a short stay, which is often what makes respite possible for someone with complex health needs.
Referrals from hospital
We accept referrals from discharge planners, social work and community health teams. Send the clinical detail and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can staff it, and when. No turnaround quotes we can’t hold. For Support Coordinators
