Our office at 39 John St
Salisbury is the centre of the City of Salisbury, in Adelaide’s north, about
22km from the CBD. Our office is on John Street in the Salisbury town centre,
and it’s where the people who answer the phone, arrange viewings and follow up
referrals work.
The office is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Those are office hours, not
support hours. If you’d like to talk in person, call first on 08 7009 4462 so we
can make sure the right person is there to see you.
Getting here
Salisbury railway station, on the Gawler line, is about 250 metres from the
office — a three-minute walk. If you’re coming from the city by train, it’s the
simplest way here.
If you’re driving from the CBD, Salisbury is about 22km north. Tell us you’re
coming and we’ll talk you through where to park.
Our home in Salisbury North
Salisbury North is the next suburb up — a residential area of the City of
Salisbury, built from the early 1950s, with the Gawler railway line on its
eastern edge and the Little Para River to the south.
Our Supported Independent Living home there is on Wyndham Road, about 4km — ten
minutes by car — from the office. The available room is a furnished double
bedroom. The bathroom has a level-entry shower with grab rails and a fold-down
seat, the kitchen has open space under the bench at the sink and cooktop so you
can get close in a wheelchair, and there’s wide clear floor space through the
living and dining area.
Visiting the home
You see the house and meet the people who live there before anyone decides, and
the housemates have a say too. The exact address is given when you book a
viewing. Call 08 7009 4462 and we’ll arrange a time that suits you and, if you’d
like, your Support Coordinator.
