A participant talking with a Complete Choice staff member about how a support is going

Feedback and complaints

If something isn't right, tell us. You won't be treated differently for complaining, your supports won't be affected, and someone can complain on your behalf. You can also go straight to the NDIS Commission without contacting us at all — that's a right, not a last resort.

  • Anonymously

You can complain anonymously; it limits what we can tell you afterwards, but we still act on it.

What happens next

  1. We acknowledge promptly, and we tell you who is handling it and tell you who is handling it.

  2. We look into it — usually starting with what you'd like to see change.

  3. We tell you what we found and what we're doing about it.

  4. Not satisfied? Ask for a review, or go to the NDIS Commission at any point — including while we're still looking.
