What our workers provide

How to start
- Get assessed — My Aged Care, 1800 200 422 or myagedcare.gov.au.
- Get approved — eligibility and funding level confirmed.
- Choose Trilogy Care as your approved provider.
- Ask for Complete Choice as your service provider through Trilogy Care.
We can’t assess eligibility or approve funding — that’s My Aged Care. What we can do is explain the process, and take it from step four.
